Hi, I’m Melissa.

I support women in reconnecting with themselves when they feel lost, disconnected, or on autopilot. My work is rooted in my own journey of learning to come back to myself.

Work With Me

If you’re feeling disconnected from yourself and don’t know where to start, you don’t have to figure it out alone. This is a space where you can slow down, be supported, and gently come back to yourself.

What this looks like

We meet in a calm, grounded space where there’s no pressure to be anything other than where you are. Together, we bring awareness to what you’re feeling, create space in the overwhelm, and begin reconnecting you with yourself—at your own pace.

This may support you if
  • You feel disconnected or numb
  • You’ve been living on autopilot
  • You don’t feel like yourself anymore
  • You’re overwhelmed and don’t know where to begin
How we can work together

1:1 Self-Connection Sessions

A gentle, supportive space to reconnect with yourself, be met where you are, and begin to feel more present and grounded again.

If this feels like something you’re needing, you’re welcome to reach out.

No pressure—just an open space for you when you’re ready.

I’m here with you in this. — Melissa Voth
